The Meggy Spark demonstrates how KED are redefining the concept of modern kids’ helmets. The advanced in-mold construction, together with the reinforced rear section and more robust side panels, is designed to significantly increase impact protection while keeping weight very low. Manufactured in Freiberg am Neckar, it reflects a clear Made-in-Germany commitment, with short production routes and high standards of craftsmanship. Eight ventilation openings, insect protection and the new soft, washable Keddy padding enhance comfort, while high-positioned reflectors and an optional USB-C rear LED improve visibility. 15 colourful, child-friendly designs – created by renowned graphic designer Mirko Borsche – encourage kids to wear the helmet and turn it into part of their everyday fun. The updated fitting system enables precise adjustment, though it requires a brief learning phase for parents.
