With The Supreme Rain Jacket, POC have developed one of the lightest rain jackets ever in existence. Packing down to what would otherwise be the size of a wind vest, it easily fits in a jersey pocket or hip pack. The three-layer material has a 20,000 mm waterproof rating and a high vapour permeability, keeping rain out thanks to the taped seams and warmth in when the weather turns – and that at an astounding 83 g weight. When active, that means you can take one layer less as the jacket effectively replaces your warmest one – whether you’re a tourer or a racer, everyone can benefit from that! In terms of fit, POC have made sure that the jacket isn’t just suited to pro-racers. While The Supreme Rain Jacket is well adapted to high-performance rides, it’s not too tight for normal gravel or even mountain bike use. However, due to the thin material, contact with bushes and rocks should be avoided. The zipper can be used one-handed making it easy to adjust while riding.
