With the FILE PLUS X0, German manufacturer ROSE has made a spectacular debut in the light eMTB segment. The full-carbon build isn’t just impressively sleek, it’s also one of the first eMTBs to feature the lightweight TQ-HPR60 motor. Paired with a 580 Wh battery, it’s more than ready for long days in the saddle. The low system weight strikes an excellent balance between playfulness and agility, all at a very competitive price. ROSE’s design team hasn’t missed a trick either: the bike comes standard with extensive protection, including a generously-sized chainstay guard and a discreet rear mudguard to fend off mud and flying debris.
