Having nothing to do with the moon landing, a modified version of Neil Armstrong’s famous phrase still applies to Ergon’s ergonomic GT1 handlebar grip: Some small changes in hand and arm position, one giant active relief for the upper body. Especially on long tours, the Ergon GT1 grip prevents strain on the hands by offering four different grip positions across its broad platform. The small bump on the inside of the grip, which sits snugly between the thumb and index finger, significantly increases comfort. In addition, the generously sized, ergonomically designed wing provides better pressure distribution and keeps the wrists in a comfortable straight position. This really helps improve comfort over longer distances. Despite its wide range of hand positions, the ergonomics specialists from Koblenz have kept the GT1 very simple, but without compromising on looks.
