The ION Scrub Amp is a stylish and comfortable flat-pedal shoe for trail and gravity riders. The sole provides good power transmission without tiring the foot ­– the ION Scrub Amp feels cosy and comfortable even after long hours of trail fun. The sole was designed to provide trail riders with extra support under the ball of their foot and together with the SUPTraction rubber sole, to offer excellent grip on almost all conventional flat pedals. In the toe and heel areas a number of strategically placed rubber knobs provide sufficient grip for tricky hike-a-bike sections. Ventilation is good, and our feet didn’t sweat even after long summer rides in the blistering heat. Not only does the ION Scrub Amp look incredibly good, but it also convinced our jury with an outstanding level of comfort on long, challenging rides.
