The two part construction allows you to convert it from a short fender to a full-length splash guard. The short version ensures a minimalist look and keeps nasty dirt away from your shock and calves, while the extended variant provides near-full protection against splashing muck and water. The extended version is an excellent choice for foul-weather commutes, whether you’re riding an analogue mountain bike or eMTB. A tool-free clip mechanism makes it easy to switch between the short and long modes. Furthermore, the Mucky Nutz MugGuard Rear is quick and intuitive to install, attaching to the frame with special Velcro straps, which are included in the box. A circular ratchet mechanism allows you to adjust the mounting angle to adapt the mudguard’s position specifically to your frame. The mudguard is made in the UK using 100 % recycled, reusable plastic.
