POC Otocon Race MIPS

With full-face helmets, protection often comes at the expense of comfort and ventilation. POC aim to remedy this lazy compromise with the Otocon Race MIPS. The helmet uses a 360° adjustment system integrated into the helmet shell and a chin strap with two offset anchor points so that you can wear it without cheek pads between downhill runs. This improves ventilation while offering a consistently secure fit. Riding downhill, the light 766 g weight and many safety features of the helmet ensure a high level of protection and comfort. The new MIPS Integra system reduces rotational forces and is better integrated into the shell than the previous generation, making it less conspicuous and lighter. The helmet is equipped with a RECCO reflector and the NFC twICEme system, which makes it easier to track down riders who’ve had an accident and access medical data from the helmet. So the helmet does the talking in case you can’t. Thanks to the rubber stoppers and protection around the edges, the helmet won’t slip or get scratched if you put it down carelessly after a long day’s riding.
